An exclusive residential and commercial building with a total of 14 flats has been built on the corner of Schwarzwaldstrasse and Thurgauerstrasse in Singen. The striking red façade panels make the building stand out from the rather mundane cityscape. Warm red in harmony with elegant anthracite. Façade elements in harmony with perforated balcony partitions. Both made of the natural form board top pine, not only the material but also the form runs through. The perforations in the privacy screens, lasered by Bruag according to the architect's plans, are as geometrical as the board formats of the façades. The name "City Terraces" imposes obligations: All flats are equipped with generous comfortable roof terraces, loggias and balconies. Architect Wolfgang Riede has taken an important step towards urban development in the centre of Singen. Fittingly for the domicile on Thurgauer- Strasse, the façades and balcony partitions come from the Thurgau-based company Bruag AG.
