Are you wondering how you can divide your space in a modern way that suits the room concept?
Mobile or permanently installed, the Bruag partition walls and room dividers made of MDF, CELLON® or OAK PLYWOOD can be implemented in accordance with your use of space and aesthetic vision.
MDF board is a wood-based material made of finely fibrillated softwood, which is pressed into a board product that is equally homogeneous in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Due to its dimensional stability, MDF board is ideal for interior design elements.
The MDF board is the proven solution for all interior applications. Due to the neutral substrate, the MDF board is excellently suited for coating in the desired colour shade. The homogeneous surface looks noble and yet natural. The thickness of up to 30 mm emphasises the three-dimensionality to the maximum.
The raw panels are project-specifically cut to the desired dimensions using laser technology (including drill holes). You choose the width (x) and the length (y) of the panels individually. Do you want round cuts or additional cut-outs? Simply draw them in your DXF plan and they will be manufactured to size. Please consider the following raw panel formats for waste optimisation:

The OAK PLYWOOD panel consists of individual layers of wood, which are glued and pressed crosswise to their fibre direction. This reduces directional properties such as swelling and shrinkage. OAK PLYWOOD brings a natural wood look into the interior.
The beautiful, rustic oak surface is protected from scratches and dirt with an invisible coating. The edges are black due to the laser cutting, which makes the wood surface stand out more and increases the depth effect. This combination of dark edges and oak brings that little extra to any room.

Our CELLON® panel is a high-pressure laminate panel (HPL Compact or solid core panel) consisting of 70% cellulose webs and 30% phenolic resin. The extremely weather and frost-resistant material is ideal for outdoor applications.
The HPL panel convinces with absolute moisture resistance and minimal expansion. In contrast to conventional HPL panels, CELLON® is characterized not only by the variety of shapes and colors available, but above all by its natural appearance. The colour is applied directly to the resin and thus the top layer, which means that the sterile resin surface does not stand out, but rather the selected color concept is ideally emphasized.

Partition walls made of perforated MDF, CELLON® or OAK PLYWOOD are either permanently installed or offered as a portable, free-standing partition wall element.
Permanently installed partitions are either fixed to a wooden or metal substructure or directly to the wall. Alternatively, the panels can also be set in a frame made of solid wood or metal. Depending on the span widths, attention must be paid to the right material thickness.
This construction enables an individual and always flexible room design. The partition elements can be easily adapted to the needs of the room and its users. They can be conveniently supplemented in their function by additional privacy screens or sound absorbers.
The perforated MDF board with a thickness of 19 mm is supplemented with a metal foot. The result is a flexible and light room divider, semi-transparent and beautiful. The size can be chosen freely, whereby the maximum width is 2000 mm and the height is 1800 mm.
The elementary partition wall can be supplemented with a micro-perforated foil. Two MDF 10mm are attached to each other and a foil is clamped in between. This increases privacy and ensures slight sound absorption. This partition wall is also produced directly to your desired size. The maximum width of 2000 mm or height of 1800 mm shall be considered.
If you add a sound absorber to the partition wall, you have a portable acoustic system that can be optimally used in an open-plan office or similar. In order to achieve the best possible effect, the size 1900mm x 1900mm x 140mm has proven itself. Two 19mm MDF panels can be combined with a 100mm thick absorber. The format can also be adapted on request.
To ensure that the wall and ceiling cladding comes into its own, we are happy to support you in the planning phase. Based on the drawings, we produce the panels to measure and deliver them to the craft business. This takes over the assembly and supplies the substructure. Free-standing partition wall systems are delivered ready-to-use, including feet.
